So I meant to post this on Friday, but I got a little busy.

My 95% for the Backsquats was at 95 pounds and I completed 13 at that weight. For the WOD I lifted 55 pounds for the portion that used weight. It was kinda confusing how our total score worked out for the WOD. We had to multiply rounds by 17 or something like that plus the number of Burpee Box Jumps we did (31) and my score in the end was 82. I don’t know ahaha.
